Returns
We want you to love your purchases from www.friendcils.in. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, we've got you covered with our friendly returns policy.
30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please note that we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable items. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items are non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions for Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. These include items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still haven't received it, reach out to your credit card company and bank. If needed, you can contact us at friendcils@thebaron.in.
Sale Items
Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we're here to help.
Contact us at friendcils@thebaron.in, and we'll arrange an exchange for the same item.
Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we'll send you a gift certificate by mail. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we'll issue a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
